Cancellation Policy
Dear client
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To help me accommodate all my clients effectively, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer that time slot to others who may need an appointment.
If cancellations occur within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a fee equal to 30% of the book service will be applied . This policy helps me manage my schedule efficiently and continue providing the best possible service to all my clients.
